Target Market Comparison Upon comparison of http://www.econobum.com/homepg.php & http://www.justcheapdiapers.com/ It's obvious both companies are targeting anyone with children that are utilizing diapers. Econobum however has niche out a market for parents that are “green” concise and want to provide a more natural way of disposing of their child's waste. Cloth diapers were popular in the pasted because they would save parents money. Now parents are requesting cloth diapers because of the pollution plastic diapers cause. Based off the look and content of Econobum's website. I would guess they are marketing to new parents. Age demographic ranging from 27-32. Based off the price of the diapers I'd say the income level varies mid-level to high level with enough disposable income to afford these pretty pricey diapers. Week 4 Post 2 Website Overview

Website Overview Miracosta Blackboard- https://blackboard.miracosta.edu What would students do without Blackboard? Nothing, but fail all of our classes. Duhh.. Miracosta's Blackboard is very effective and easy to navigate. Without Blackboard it would be impossible to get assignments, be informed of upcoming projects, as well as communicate with professors, classmates, and the student help desk. Miracosta's website includes all of the above in design requirements. The website includes Hierachy, Alignment, and Proximity throughout the site. I believe it is able to be customized according to professors, however the blackboard layout I've been accustomed to has adapted at least these three concepts. Organizing tabs in order of sequence is beneficial. Offering direct links is helpful and time-saving. How would a student attending Miracosta stay connected without BB?! Pretty Impossible. Right? Aesthetics & Branding So just image, a potential buyer coming to your place of business with the hopes to purchase living room furniture. The customer arrives only to find your sales team casually playing paper tennis with their backs to the front desk oblivious to an awaiting customer. Or better yet the customer arrives and begins to browse graciously greeted with old Cheetos that were left from a past customer, forgotten by your staff to be cleaned up. Social Media Audit Dave & Busters Event Planning-  daveandbusters.com Facebook- Most recent post Sept.7 th Dave & Busters has a Facebook presence that is well monitored. A lot of the post are geared toward special events like Boxing matches, or seasonal sports. The company incorporates great visuals that entice the viewer. Twitter- Most recent post Sept.7 th Dave & Busters averages updating their post every 2-3 days unless advertising special deals or event updates. Instagram- Most recent post Sept.8 th Dave & Busters averages updating their post every 4-5 days unless promoting a Special Event or Seasonal advertisement geared toward specific sports. I'll need to transfer you to the Technical Department to handle your issues.” How many times have we all heard this very thing when we call in to inquire about a service, shipping issues, product malfunctions etc., only to be rerouted to several other departments and then put on hold for 30 minutes? Traditional customer service calls are soon to be a thing of the past. Consumers are demanding a faster, more responsive means of customer care and we're using social media to do it! Let's get social... Some people believe in the traditional methods of communication. (i.e.) telephones, personal mail, etc. However if you plan to stay connected to the ever changing times of today on a personal level Facebook is the #1 Social Media site. Facebook host a community estimated of around 2 billion users. The concept allows users to connect with friends from all around the world. Within the community of friends users are even able to create smaller groups,these more intimate groups can range from common interest, hobbies and more. Facebook allows its user to identify the people in your community by specific family members, mother, brother,sister. You get the idea.  Pretty personal right?! Wanna tell the world how you feel ?
