Deals! are always a great way to attract new customers. Groupon would be a great avenue to utilize while growing my business clientele and even during slow periods. "Poetry" would create a campaign for Groupon that will offer savings percentages based on the amount spent per event. For example, a customer that spends over $2500.00 on the entire consulting pkg will receive 20% off.  The benefit of offering a coupon deal is payment upfront. However, pre-paying for services before they are actually rendered can cause confusion if extra services are required to complete the job. Also customers can adapt to the discounted prices and be unwilling to pay the normal rates for services, and always be looking for the next "deal".

What's a business without reviews?? Do you even exist! Seriously in today's society where people look to peer reviews before purchasing or patronizing any company or event. It's very important that customers are able to rate your business/service with honest feedback that can be helpful to others.

Poetry Event Consulting for Businesses can definitely benefit from Yelp reviews and location app features. As a campaign to encourage clients to leave reviews on yelp we will offer special incentives that are appropriate for that particular clients needs. For example, a client that frequently utilizes our services and leaves a review about an experience will reward them with certain  add-on services to their next event complimentary as our way of saying thank you!

Upon research of similar event consulting/planning businesses most have the traditional sites Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. However a lot do utilize the Yelp app in their local areas. The app is particularly useful for people that are newly relocated to the area or visiting. Overall the site is free and very easy to set-up and manage.
